We've heard of children with Down syndrome being called "Angels in Disguise."  This is a fresh take on that idea - "Straight Down from Heaven with 47"  - Forty-seven representing the number of chromosomes generally present with Down syndrome.

Note:  The onesies are labeled as Newborn, but they run very big (see photo for comparison with a Carter's brand 6-Month onesie).  They typically fit a 0-6 month old.
